Dean Smith: Alliance’s Most Improved Rider of 2011!

January 3rd, 2012

Following his 2010 Worlds title, Dean Smith went on a tear to make sure nobody forgot about him. It’s hard to forget about Dean, even if the only thing you have to remind you is a photo in a mag or a quick clip on the Internet. Dean charges like nobody else and goes absolutely huge.

Your jaw drops just as he’s cutting into the wake because you know he’s about to launch himself into oblivion. But Dean mixed in a ton of style and some insane new tricks to go along with his high-flying approach, and he even joined the 1080 club this year. Dean is one of our favorite riders to not only watch, but hang out with. Keep an eye out for him in 2012, you’re gonna want to watch.
